1. Introduction:

  • The Club of Artistic Talents (CATs) operates under the supervision of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ton Duc Thang University. It was established in 2015.
  • CATs was founded with the aim of providing opportunities for students to confidently express their musical passions, develop their gifted abilities, perform confidently in front of an audience, showcase teamwork skills, and contribute their talents to faculty-organized events.
  • The club also plays a role as the faculty’s representative in major artistic competitions held within the university. Furthermore, at CATs, its members also have the chance to participate in recreational, entertaining, and humanitarian volunteer initiatives.

"Rhythm of the Language - Season 1" Music Contest
As part of the series of activities celebrating the 28th Anniversary of the Faculty's Establishment (April 16, 1998 – April 16, 2026), the Faculty of Foreign Languages is officially launching the Student Singing Contest for the 2025-2026 academic year, themed “Rhythm of the Language.”
FFL FLASHMOB DASHING MOVES 2025
On the morning of March 15, 2025, at the G-F lobby, Tan Phong Campus - TDTU, the Faculty of Foreign Languages organized the final round of the FFL Flashmob 2025 dance competition with the theme "Dashing Moves".
Outstanding TDTU Foreign Language Student Wins Second Prize at the 2nd Vietnam-China Cultural Arts Festival for Universities in the Southern Region, 2024
Lai Thi Mai Huong, a third-year student majoring in Mandarin Chinese Language at the FFL-TDTU, excellently won the Second Prize in the Singing category at the 2nd Vietnam-China Cultural Arts Festival for Universities in the Southern Region, 2024, which took place on May 17, 2024, at the University of Economics and Finance (UEF) in HCM City.
