Program Educational Objectives - PEOs

Three to five years after graduating from the bachelor's degree program in Chinese Language at Ton Duc Thang University, graduates will be able gain the following competencies:

1. Have the ability to deploy, carry out professional activities within the scope of the training industry, or continue to do intensive research at postgraduate training levels.

Graduation requirements 

Students must meet graduation requirements according to Ton Duc Thang University's university-level organization and training regulations:
•    Pass the courses and gain the number of credits required by the program
•    Achieve minimum MOS certificate of 750/1000 points (Word, Excel);
•    Have a second foreign language certificate with IELTS 5.0 or other equivalent international English certificates.
•    Achieve training points according to program requirements;
•    Achieve the PLOs.

Special features

• The training program is built on the basis of consultation with relevant stakeholders with the participation of representatives of lecturers, representatives of employers, and alumni of the Faculty of Chinese Language, so it is highly practical.

• Besides specialized courses, supplementary activities from Chinese clubs, Chinese academic activities, teambuilding, etc. help students develop their ability to communicate effectively in Chinese. fruit; Student scientific research activities, cultural exchanges, and academic exchanges are designed to develop scientific research skills and sustainable development skills of the 21st century related to communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity for students.

• Internship and observation activities at Chinese businesses, domestic and foreign businesses that use Chinese in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces are diverse in many forms to help students develop promote dynamism, creativity, and adapt quickly to the corporate working environment right after graduation.
