The final round of “FFL Debating Championships Season 3”

On May 11th, 2024, at Hall 6B, the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Ton Duc Thang University held the Final Round of the "FFL Debating Championships Season 3" with the theme "Claim The Crown." This is one of the activities celebrating the 26th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Ton Duc Thang University (April 16, 1998 - April 16, 2024).

The event was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, M.A. – Acting Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Ms. Ho Phuong Thao, M.A. - Head of the General English Skills Department, Head of the Organizing Committee, representatives from the sponsoring unit - UK English Centre, the Judges, chairman, lecturers from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, parents and more than 400 students who came to support the Final Round.

Starting in March 2024, the "FFL Debating Championships Season 3" provided an exciting academic playground, offering students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages the opportunity to practice and develop their critical thinking, presentation skills, and teamwork skills. The contestants expressed their thoughts on issues surrounding education and today's youth.

The Final Round featured a debate competition among the Top 8 talented contestants, who demonstrated a strong competitive spirit, impressing the judges and the audience with their insightful opinions and heated debates. Finally, the Judges found the champions of this competition.

• First Runner-Up: Hoang Gia Khiem – Student ID 02100850 – Class 21000101 
• Second Runner-Up: Tran Le Minh Khang – Student ID 021H0040 – Class 21H00101
