TDTU Students Triumph in 3rd Annual Open Mandarin Eloquence Contest

On the morning of October 22, 2024, at the Final Round of the “3rd Annual Open Mandarin Eloquence Contest, 2024,” hosted by the University of Economics and Finance in Ho Chi Minh City (UEF), two students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) proudly won the top awards. 

Outperforming more than 50 teams in the preliminary round, the 12 best teams advanced to the Final Round from universities across Ho Chi Minh City, including the University of Economics and Finance, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Van Hien University, Hong Bang International University, and Hung Vuong University. Representing TDTU’s Faculty of Foreign Languages, Le Thi Thuong Thuong and Vu Ho Kim Ngan secured the First and Second Prizes, respectively.

Both students are currently in their senior years majoring in Chinese Language in the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Besides their excellent academic achievements, Thuong Thuong and Kim Ngan are model students, actively participating in extracurricular activities organized by their Faculty and University.
