Unlock Success: The Power of Choosing the Right Job

On December 7, 2024 – Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) recently empowered its third year English and Chinese Language students with a career guidance session. The event, held at the A101 Hall in the Tân Phong Campus, titled “Choosing the Right Job”, aimed to illuminate the right career paths for aspiring linguists, featured a speech by alumna 2013 -2018 Le Hoang Ngan Tam, currently the Operation Manager at MD Consumer Electric Appliance Vietnam Co., Ltd., Midea Vietnam.

In the event, Ms. Le Hoang Ngan Tam offered valuable advice on career success. She emphasized the importance of "choosing the right job," explaining that it involved selecting tasks that aligned with one's skills and passions, and executing them with dedication and efficiency.

The speaker also shared strategies for building positive habits, developing essential skills, and achieving personal goals. From her own experiences, Ms. Tam provided practical tips that resonated with the audience, particularly the Foreign Language students.

Her insights inspired students to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits and future careers, highlighting the significance of hard work, determination, and a clear career path.
