Foreign Language Students Visit Dechang Vietnam Co., Ltd.

To provide students with practical exposure to the working environment and insight into corporate culture and recruitment demands in the integration era, the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organised a field trip to Dechang Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai Province on April 4, 2025. The company is a foreign-invested enterprise specialising in the production and assembly of electrical and electronic components.

More than 30 third- and fourth-year students majoring in English and Chinese participated in the company visit. Representatives from Dechang introduced the company’s history, development, and core operations. Students had the opportunity to tour the production lines, office areas, canteen, workshop systems, and other employee facilities, gaining a realistic view of the company’s working conditions and employee benefits.

This field trip provided valuable insights into Dechang’s key departments, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Human Resources (HR), and Manufacturing Engineering (ME), helping students better understand potential career paths.

Site visits to companies are a regular activity organised by the Faculty of Foreign Languages to equip students with soft skills and career orientation, preparing them to confidently enter the domestic and international labor market.
