A thrilling and emotional season comes to a close - FFL CUP 2025

The FFL CUP 2025 – the annual football tournament for students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages – successfully took place from May 5 to May 23, 2025. The tournament brought together over 70 students, delivering 18 thrilling matches filled with passion, teamwork, and sportsmanship. More than just a sports event, FFL CUP served as a meaningful platform for connection and camaraderie among students.

1. FINAL RESULTS

a. Men’s Division:

•    🥇 Champion: The Turtles
 (Alliance of classes 21000101 and 21000102)
•    🥈 Runner-up: Eagle FC
 (Alliance of classes 24K00101, 24H00106, 24000103, and 24000101)
•    🥉 Third Place: King of Grab
 (Alliance of classes 22H000107, 23K00101, 23000103, and 23H00104)
•    ⚽ Top Scorer: Đỗ Nguyễn Tấn Tài
 (Team The Crossbar – Alliance of classes 24H00101, 24H00102, 24H00104, and 24H00105)

b. Women’s Division:

•    🥇 Champion: Team Chị đẹp
•    🥈 Runner-up: Team Em xinh

2. HIGHLIGHT MATCHES

•    Third-Place Match:
 The Crossbar 1 – 2 King of Grab

An exciting end-to-end match where King of Grab showcased resilience and composure to secure the bronze medal.

•    Final Match:
 Eagle FC 0 – 0 The Turtles (The Turtles won 4–3 on penalties)

The grand finale featured a tense showdown between youthful energy and seasoned experience. Despite Eagle FC’s spirited performance, The Turtles kept their cool in the penalty shootout to claim the FFL CUP 2025 title.
