ELT workshop: Using games in teaching English to learners of different age groups

As part of the corporate partnership activities for Semester 2 of the 2025–2026 academic year, the Faculty of Foreign Languages, in collaboration with The English House Language Center and a distinguished alumna from the English Language Program of the Faculty of Foreign Languages (TDTU), is organizing a workshop on the topic: “Using Games in Teaching English to Learners of Different Age Groups.”

The workshop promises to offer practical insights and hands-on teaching strategies to help students, especially future teachers, manage their classrooms more effectively through interactive games.

1.. Speaker Profile – Ms. Nguyễn Lê Hồng Đến

•    Alumna of Cohort 20, English Language Program, Faculty of Foreign Languages (TDTU)
•    Founder of The English House Language Center
•    English teacher for working adults at IMAP Vietnam

2. Participants

•    Students in the English Language program – English Language Teaching (ELT) major: Attendance is compulsory
•    Other students: Strongly encouraged to attend to broaden their skills and methodological thinking

3. Time and Venue:

•    Time: 8:00–9:30 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2026
•    Venue: Hall 6M, Tan Hung Campus, Ton Duc Thang University
