SALES ASSISTANT 銷售助理_HCMC

1. Nội dung công việc:

- Xử lý các công việc liên quan đến thủ tục giấy tờ
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên kinh doanh
- Theo dõi tiến độ đơn hang
- Sắp xếp và gửi mẫu cho khách hàng
- Chuẩn bị hợp đồng mua bán, tài liệu vận chuyển và Theo dõi lô hàng
- Hỗ trợ các vấn đề về tài khoản này bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn: nhập dữ liệu, yêu cầu thanh toán và giải quyết các vấn đề khác
- Phối hợp với phòng kế hoạch sản xuất , theo dõi đơn hàng và tiến độ vận chuyển
- Viết báo cáo thị trường bán hàng và kế hoạch bán hàng hàng tháng

2. Yêu cầu:

- Tiếng Trung lưu loát và tiếng Anh khá.
- Thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng / Cử nhân trở lên

- Ưu tiên cho ứng viên có kiến thức về chất lượng và sản phẩm dệt may
