Dedicated to excellence in language education and research, our Faculty of Foreign Languages has implemented two types of monthly professional activities for our faculty members: Journal Club and FFL Seminars. These recurring events serve a common purpose: to cultivate continuous learning and engagement among our lecturers. Ultimately, our goal is to enhance our collective capacity to deliver innovative, evidence-based language instruction and advance new discoveries in the field of linguistics and foreign language education.
Our journal club meetings allow faculty to present and discuss research from major scientific databases, ensuring we stay connected to cutting-edge developments that should inform our pedagogy. Additionally, we also organize monthly FFL Seminars where faculty members can share their experiences and expertise related to teaching methodologies, assessment methods, syllabus design ideas, and other critical academic issues.
